Supporting the process of government certification and accreditation for classified systems operated throughout Lockheed Martin RMS. Handle correspondence, both hardcopy and email, necessary to request, obtain, and maintain Defense Security Service approval to operate per the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other contract-specific provisions as necessary. Assemble softcopy and hardcopy documentation into packages for transmittal to the Office of the Designated Approving Authority (ODAA) of the Defense Security Service (DSS). Prepare and maintain metrics regarding numbers and types of classified systems, and their expiration of accreditation to ensure continuous availability is assured. Assist cyber security personnel at several geographically-separated sites in using online documentation management tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Lockheed Martin RMS’s Engineering Product Data Management (EPDM). Help the EPDM team to ensure the tool supports the needs of RMS Security. As necessary, perform administrative general security actions as part of the overall RMS Security team. Researching System Security Plan discrepancies, tracking classified system status, updating equipment tracking software, tracking equipment disposition, approving like hardware/software, forwarding unusual hardware/software requests to Assistant Information Systems Security Manager (A/ISSM), reporting IS security incidents to the A/ISSM, initiating protective and/or corrective measures for incidents, reviewing issues for potential investigations, assisting investigator as needed, keeping management and A/ISSM informed of all issues and changes relevant to security, conducting ongoing security reviews/tests for procedural/physical elements of the IS and answering user questions related to system/usage/policies. Assist, instruct and support ISSO/AISSOs and ISSMs with training, questions or concerns with EPDM. Work closely with the EPDM team assisting with the migration, training scheduling and implementation of the EPDM the database. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and implementing SSPs for government approval to ensure compliance with NISPOM and contract requirements. Also, conduct security awareness briefings to ensure user literacy in safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of classified and unclassified information systems. Responsible for assembling softcopy and hardcopy documentation packages of Classified Information System’s Security Plans for transmittal to the Office of the Designated Approving Authority (ODAA) of the Defense Security Service (DSS) in order to receive certification and accreditation. Key contact person for those needing to acquire information pertaining to the Statistics on Classified Information Systems and the Certification and Accreditation submittal process. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to sensitive company and government information.

Basic Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Attention to details and accuracy in report preparation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be a team player.
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
