We are hiring a senior graphic designer with outstanding creative capabilities, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment, and adaptability to work on overlapping and varied projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. Combines art and technology to create visually communicative designs and themes that convey ideas, mood, information and vision. May perform some writing and editing; support of publications or proposals; and/or graphic artistry and design for web applications. Coordinates with team members, vendors or others providing support. May research new or related technologies in modern graphic design and related systems and software.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Candidate will lead and/or assist in production of complex marketing, communications, executive summary, interactive and promotional projects. Responsibilities include understanding our client’s business and communication goals, and translating them into effective creative solutions. Candidate must grasp and enforce our corporate branding initiatives, and be able to work within established graphic standards. Some onsite supervision of graphics freelancers may also be required.

Basic Qualifications
. Travel for both brief and extended periods
. Ability to maintain a fluid work schedule when needed
. Applied skills include high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (In-Design,
Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications. High level of
PowerPoint skills; ability to design and develop multimedia applications,
systems and products involving computer graphics.
. Some web maintenance may be required. Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics and text. Well developed oral and written communication skills; ability to establish effective priorities and adjust as workload dictates. Flexible in ability to work overtime and/or non-regular schedule when needed in order to achieve business objectives.
