Job Description :
Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an innovative, experienced Account Manager to join its sales team and who are looking for a challenging work environment. Selected individual will be responsible for preparing customer quotations, responding to assigned customers by phone, FAX and E-mail, expediting and tracking of open orders, communication and coordination with internal departments such as purchasing, accounting, shipping/receiving, QA, etc. and providing ongoing support to the sales team. Successful candidates will have previous experience in areas such as sales support/administration, and possess strong organizational and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities. Travel is required along with relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Account Management and possess the following skills:

• Account management
• Customer relations
• Direct sales
• Negotiating
• Contract review, quoting and pricing
• Networking abilities with robust network of contacts

Candidate will have the following proven abilities:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to operate in a team environment

Desired skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to operate in a team environment are highly desirable. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred and aerospace or military experience is a plus.
