CRH Avionics IPT - The Senior Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Combat Rescue Helicopter program is responsible to provide leadership to 15 CAMs on a full criteria Earned Value program, for the establishment and maintenance of Control Account budgets, schedules, Statements of Work (SOW), IPT Risks and Opportunities, and technical performance measurement, including:
• Utilize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methods to comply with government and company standards on a full criteria Earned Value (EV) requirements program.
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule and budget to reflect requirements necessary to accomplish the technical SOW.
• Assure that the scheduled activities for the Control Account have realistic durations and logic. Work with CAMs to accurately predict starts and finishes of tasks.
• Prepare Estimates to Complete (ETCs) for remaining Control Account scope.
• Forecast dates for accomplishing remaining activities and milestones in the Control Account schedule.
• Collect and update Control Account activity status on a monthly basis.
• Interface with the Assistant Program Manager, Senior CAM, Financial Control, Program Planning and Control, and Engineering Management to accomplish program EV directives.
• Analyze and provide rationale and corrective actions for monthly Control Account schedule and cost variances.
• Initiate Baseline Change Requests (CRs) to develop detailed resource loaded plans.
• Identify and quantify potential risks and make effective use of available risk management tool as required.
• Manage all subcontractor effort which affects Control Account performance.
• Support all customer meetings and data requests regarding the Control Account.
• Assign Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) parts to the correct Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) within the Control Account.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education,

Desired skills
The ability to work and integrate with technical team members and suppliers/team members, experience on full criteria EVM programs and critical path management. Candidate must also be highly motivated, flexible, and able to lead a team of CAMs to meet a rigorous monthly business rhythm. Candidate will be part of the Avionics IPT leadership and will assist APM and Technical Lead with weekly status/staff meetings and may also represent APM and/or DAPM at meetings with technical team, Program Senior Leadership and/or US Air Force customers. Strong analysis and presentation skills also desired. Experienced with Primavera, SAP, wInsight, and Program Management Console.
