Job Description :
As a member of the HR Services team, this individual will serve as the lead for Intermittent Family Medical Leave (IFML)/Leave of Absence (LOA)/Return to Work (RTW). In conjunction with other HR Services team members, this individual will provide interpretation and guidance on matters related to HR policies and procedures for Intermittent Family Medical Leave, Leave of Absence, and Return to Work. This individual will also perform a variety of tasks pertaining to Benefits Administration and other HR functions such as Global Diversity and Inclusion.

Specific responsibilities include:

•Serve as liaison between Leave of Absence service providers and company to ensure timely and efficient accommodation of work restrictions and return to work.

•Partner with organizations such as Global Diversity and Inclusion, Health & Wellness, Workers’ Compensation, Payroll, Labor Relations, and Legal, as well as external service providers, and the Corporate Leave of Absence team to ensure quick and accurate resolution.

•Make recommendations on process/system development, changes, implementation, interpretation, guidance, and training pertaining to Intermittent Family Medical Leave, Leave of Absence, and Return to Work.

•Ensure all systems and tools (LMSII, OHM, LMPeople, OSHA Log, GIS, ETG, SAHP, etc.) are maintained with current and accurate data and compliant with LM Corporate and Aeronautics policies and procedures.

•Manage escalated matters at appropriate levels. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies.

•Collect and compile sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports.

•Facilitate the review and completion of tier 1 Workplace Accommodation Requests. Partner with other internal stakeholders to complete actions pertaining to requested accommodations.

•Represent the HR Services team on specific projects and teams.

•Drive lateral connectivity and collaboration within Human Resources and across the enterprise.

•Deliver data-driven human resources solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible.

•Perform other HR Operations duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field
•At least one year experience in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist, Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, or Case Management.
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and deliver impactful results
•Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust style as needed to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees and peers locally and virtually
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong analytical skills exemplified in the ability to translate data into information and develop recommendations which include opportunities, risks, identification of stakeholders and potential impacts as well as possible solutions

Desired skills
•Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
•Knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures
•Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment, yet collaborate as an effective team member across the HR organization
•SHRM PHR/SPHR certification desired
