Job Description :
Develop sales leads, establish win plans, and lead or co-lead Business Acquisition Teams to capture opportunities. This includes the marketing, promotion and selling of all related products and services. Assist in the development of business objectives, strategies, and plans specific to your assigned customers or countries including but not limited to developing a funnel of opportunities, projected sales and revenues, and growth strategies to maximize market share Identify strategic partnering opportunities to implement a local proximity strategy and, following the Strategic Relationship & M&A Process, engage in discussions/negotiations with potential partners. Assess competitive landscape and gather/maintain all intelligence data pertinent to Sikorsky strategy. Maintain detailed knowledge of economic, political, social, military and commercial factors associated per country to formulate local strategies. Build strong relationships with U.S. Embassies, customers, Field Service Reps and in-country representatives. Be cognizant of offset requirements and help identify potential offset programs when required. Identify strategic partnering opportunities and engage in discussions/negotiations with potential partners per the process. Support the creation of Executive Management Review (EMR) material to gain approval for sales strategies and acquire budgets to achieve sales. Regularly interface with appropriate stakeholders and align all pursuits and strategies with management. Be cognizant of all pursuits and ensure they are carried out with an overall eye on maintaining and building positive customer relationships. Assist in managing the sales representation process and own the communication with in-country sales representatives including assessment of their performance. Customer satisfaction as measured by Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) and fleet availability as well as other metrics.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
