Job Description :
Individual will provide technical DMSMS support/ effort related to their assigned program to include: CDRL reporting; SDRL reviews; analyzing Sikorsky and Supplier BOM's for obsolete parts; interfacing with program IPT's, managers, customers, and suppliers. Individual will address DMSMS activities across the product lifecycle, from aircraft proposal through sustainment activities; implement DMSMS processes and support working group meetings to track status and action items for a given design or manufacturing issue regarding DMSMS, failure analysis, corrective actions, and root cause analysis. Individual will measure and track internal metrics to ensure DMSMS processes are being followed and implemented.

Basic Qualifications
6 years experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. with familiarity with Aircraft Avionics and DMSMS Management. Use of Personal computer and/or workstation. Ability to meet program specific OPSEC requirements.

Desired skills
Design/ Technical engineer with solid understanding and applicability of technical principles, theories and concepts, applicable to DMSMS management. Experience and/or background in System Engineering processes.
Demonstrated capability in providing technical representation with both suppliers and customers.
Ability in identifying and analyzing critical issues and recommending technical approaches to address DMSMS issues.
Ability to represent the organization as supporting DMSMS technical contact.
Ability to accomplish assigned tasks and projects in support of achieving program objectives.
Familiarity with tools used in managing obsolescence [e.g. Silicon Expert, IHS, Q-Star, etc.] to identify, forecast, and resolve obsolete component issues.
