Become proficient in the operation of customer RF collection systems and existing user training documentation. Comply with customer guidelines to develop and document course content and modify as needed. Design instructional materials and programs by assessing customer-training needs based on mission requirements. Document training procedures and supplemental training materials; make them available to relevant stakeholders. Maintain cognizance of system improvements and new releases/upgrades/patches and incorporate appropriate updates into coursework. Determine evaluation and assessment strategies. Deliver training to students, develop a feedback mechanism to assess customer needs and satisfaction, and recommend improvements to course content and delivery strategies.

Basic Qualifications
Ten (10) years of Instructor experience in a professional or academic environment. Within the last eight (8) years, a minimum of six (6) working years of experience as a trainer in the field relating to the discipline specified in the Delivery Order. Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with various instructional tools including web-based, classroom, and video-teleconferencing.
