Job Description :
The Business Performance (BP) team provides an independent program function that enables the Sikorsky line of business to efficiently and effectively meet contractual requirements and business objectives. The Business Performance Manager (BPM) for Sikorsky’s International Programs market segment will focus on supporting programs such as the Turkish Utility Helicopter Program, the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program, Saudi FACO, International Blackhawk, and other programs within the portfolio. This BPM will report directly to the Director of Business Performance Management and will dotted line report to the Vice President of International Programs.

The successful candidate will partner with Program Executives, Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Business Operations, Contracts, Quality Assurance, Communications, and Business Development to ensure that the programs within the International Programs market segment are executing to customer contract requirements and company commitments. The BPM will be responsible for managing forward deployed business performance associates across his/her portfolio of programs.

The successful candidate will ensure the portfolio of programs within Sikorsky’s International Programs Market Segment are executing per the market segment plan. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Cross program and market segment communication and coordination with a focus on execution
-Lead integrated program risk and opportunity management
-Analyze portfolio performance (cost/schedule) and provide oversight to mitigation plans
-Review, coordinate, and support estimates for proposals (business development)
-Drive business rhythm standardization across International Program’s portfolio
-Lead BP associates to develop, facilitate, and track programs customer engagement strategy to improve MFA deliverables.
-Manage the development and implementation of meaningful metrics across the portfolio of programs; ensure the metrics are effective and provide consistency, identify gaps/trends, and recommend/implement changes as required.
-Support the development of improved Program analytics and review for use with both internal and external customer and stakeholder groups.
-Manage Market Segment Reporting:
oEnsure BP associates are successfully leading/supporting Program level reviews. These reviews will include EPRS, Market Segment Reviews (Program Review, P&L Review), RMS Executive Reviews, Independent Non-advocate Reviews (INAR), Program Assessment Reviews (PAR), and others as directed by the market segment vice president
oAnalyze data trends identified with the program metrics to support program and market segment level decision making
-Lead special projects as directed by the Market Segment vice president or program executives

Other Program/Portfolio Functional Support
-Ensure that BP Associates are flowing down Program Management best practices and policies to the program level and that they are being used in an effective and efficient manner
-Ensure BP Associates coordinate and maintain program management training requirements for assigned programs
-Ensure that the International Programs market segment area is prepared for corporate audits and processes are compliant
-Leverage Enterprise Excellence to address program wide issues, challenges, etc.

Basic Qualifications
-Demonstrated leadership qualities; experience with direct line reports (i.e., managing people)
-programs experience, including program management and Earned Value Management policies and processes
-Experience with integrated Risk & Opportunity management
-Understanding of schedule performance management, including critical path
-Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
-Ability to leverage cross-program/functional opportunities and lessons learned
-Demonstrate follow-through ability to coordinate and communicate complex issues
-Ability to coordinate closure of action items
-Excellent Communication Skills
-MS Office proficient: specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong understanding and proficiency in working with spreadsheets, pivot tables and building graphs
-Knowledgeable in the use and administration of Microsoft SharePoint

-Green Belt Trained/Certified
-Program Management Institute® certified Program Management Professional
-Graduate degree in business, engineering, or other relevant area
-MS Project and/or Primavera (P6) experience or similar scheduling tool
-Microsoft Access experience
-SAP Experience
