Job Description :
The MST Global Sustainment (GS) Project Engineer will be the GS Technical Lead responsible for leading new business capture, new business growth of existing programs, proposals, and performance for the sustainment content in the MST Undersea Systems (USS) Line of Business (LOB). The primary focus will be in the area of Supply Chain Management for Domestic and International Submarine Programs. Candidate will work with the Program Office to identify and deliver Global Sustainment products as defined in the contract. The candidate will lead all GS efforts for the Acoustic Rapid COTS Insertion (ARCI) Mini Stock Point working directly with the LM Program Manager and US Navy customer. Specific qualifications and task requirements include:

• Work independent of direct leadership supervision on teams to resolve issues
• Knowledge of the GS functions and the ability to influence the implementation of overall strategies and long-range goals into the LOB and GS organizations
• Interface with a variety of internal LM and external Government, engineering, logistics, financial and program management disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in supporting proposal development including defining proposal requirements and development of detailed proposal estimates
• Demonstrated the ability to develop and manage GS programs (including schedule, budget, and technical performance) in which proper performance is critical to avoid serious impacts to the overall program, LOB, and GS success.
• Perform duties as program Cost Account Manager (CAM) for system contracts
• Plan, track, and execute the on-timeE19 delivery of all GS products ensuring quality and adherence to contractual requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management to include spares analysis, forecasting, and inventory management
• Develop Quarterly Program Review presentations for the Program Manager and attend these meetings
• Develop Mini Stock Point Contract deliverables for the Program Manager
• Track and report all Supply metrics
• Update and track supply data in the Common Operating System (COS)
• Track and update manpower planning in the GRID Tracking Tool
