Operates as the Planner for programs within the F-35 Training
market segment. This position will report to the Training
Logistics Solutions Line of Business. Specific responsibilities
include: Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master
Schedules (IMSs) in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess
program status, and identify performance issues in a timely
manner. Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones
are completed in accordance with the contract requirements.
Use of critical path methodology and application in network
development, analysis, and problem resolution is required.
Perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation
planning. In conjunction with Program Finance and Control
Account Managers (CAMs), develop/maintain Earned Value
Management System metrics and provide monthly status and
analysis. Support proposal activities as required. Position
requires interface with program management, customers,
functional management, technical leads, and CAMs. Strong
interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team
environment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are
required.

Basic Qualifications
Financial/Business Operations experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
Familiarity with Primavera (P6)
Familiarity with Microsoft Project
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with metrics generation and interpretation
Familiarity with concept of Earned Value Management (EVMS)

Desired skills
Extensive knowledge with developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) & Integrated Master Plans (IMP).
Experience using Primavera (P6)
Experience using MS Project
Experience with Cost and Schedule integration in an EVMS environment
Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis
Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
Proficient in Critical Path Methodology
Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
