Job Description :
Selected candidate will become a member of the ADP ISR & UAS Decision Support team. The Decision Support team is responsible for providing market space and competitive landscape analysis.

The candidate will work collaboratively with business organizations, technical subject matter experts, and program leadership to evaluate business opportunities and provide decision support to senior leadership. Additionally, the candidate will lead competitive analysis and serve as an integral member of business capture and program teams. In this role, the candidate will direct the work of those assigned to support competitive analysis and ensure cost and schedule requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have experience with US DoD acquisition, business case assessment, and new business capture. The candidate will have the proven ability to manage and prioritize their time to effectively support multiple projects simultaneously. A proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and rapidly learn new domains and skills is a must.

The successful candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills including experience preparing and giving compelling briefings to leadership.

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and special program clearances.

**For this particular position, an active DOD Secret security clearance with background investigation in the last five years is required.**

This position may be filled in either Ft Worth Texas, OR Palmdale, California.

Applicant must be a US Citizen. Position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Aviation Technology, or Engineering
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Experience with new business capture or new product development

Desired skills
Experience with DoD or International business capture
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes
Experience with military aircraft and unmanned systems
Experience with system design, integration, and verification
Experience with cost estimating, pricing, and business case assessment
Experience with competitive analysis
Experience with statistics and modeling software such as JMP, MATLAB, and ModelCenter
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Visual Basic for Applications experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel
