Job Description :
The HR Senior Manager will work closely with the Finance and Business Operations leadership team. As a trusted advisor the candidate will provide HR Leadership and foster business relationship to support the strategic business objectives. Leading a team of HR Business Partners, the successful candidate will collaborate with the EO HR team and partner with the Centers of Excellence to lead change implementation, organizational design, workforce strategy and strategic talent development. The position will also support the LMFinance Transformation initiative with a focus on strengthening the early and mid-career F&BO talent pipeline.

The selected candidate will lead the development; implementation; management and continuous improvement of value add human resource strategies, programs and process across the Enterprise for the function.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience including 5 years of leadership and the following:
• Business partner role(s) supporting Vice President and Director level leaders
• Demonstrated experience leading a large scale change initiative
• Proven ability to move from strategy to execution
• Proven ability to lead and drive change
• Demonstrated experience in ability to leverage influencing skills appropriately
• Strong experience in ability to act as advisor to staff members
• Ability to anticipate client needs and develop effective plans
• Ability to effectively coach and provide actionable feedback to senior leaders
• Track record of driving Positive Employee Relations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Willingness to travel on a periodic basis
