Job Description :
Seeking highly motivated individual to work with Army Programs team supporting Army production line and customer requirements under the Multi-Year contract.

In close coordination with Army Programs senior leadership and support teams, the intern will support the production line specifically in the area of managing inventory of Government assets to ensure uninterrupted supply to final assembly and hangar operations – a key process required for on-time delivery of aircraft. Intern will gain exposure to the customer during weekly meetings with DCMA and the Army Program Office to discuss aircraft delivery schedules, Government asset inventory volume and needs. The intern will also have responsibility for reviewing build plans, tracking aircraft deliveries and ensuring concerns from the operations leadership team are addressed.

Assignments will be in a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of product/project management activities including employee communication, program planning, customer proposals, program financials, and overall program execution. This internship offers an opportunity for exposure to strategic planning and tactical program execution for motivated students looking to develop their skills in a fast paced corporate setting.

Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business , Marketing , Material Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical engineering from an accredited University.

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Desired skills
Candidates must display an ability to think logically, communicate a clear understanding of their subject matter, and offer informed suggestions for process improvements. Demonstrated effective teamwork skills and an energetic self-starter a plus.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
