Are you creative and have an analytical mind? Do you seek an internship that will give you real hands-on experience and projects that mean something? In this position you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the full lifecycle for campaign marketing, reporting analytics, and college, military and strategic recruitment for one of the leading innovation companies in the world.

You will support implementation of lifecycle campaign strategies and roll-out plans, work with internal marketing and recruiting teams to glean insights from their campaigns and create executive presentations. You will be a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA Ops) team which is responsible for supporting recruitment tools, recruitment marketing, vendors, candidate and manager satisfaction, candidate experience, training and campus recruitment strategies, military recruitment strategies and strategic sourcing for Lockheed Martin.

The position is located in Bethesda, MD.

Basic Qualifications
-Enrolled in an accredited degree program (Bachelors, Masters, or MBA) in a human resource, business marketing, data analytics, or communications related discipline

-Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

Desired skills
-Experience analyzing data to draw conclusions

-Previous work or internship in a related area

-Previous experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools or marketing platforms

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office SW and advanced Excel skills like v-lookup and pivot tables
