We are looking for a new Manager of College Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility to support the Rotary & Mission Systems Business Area (RMS). Reporting to and partnering with the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this individual will lead a geographically dispersed team of human resources professionals with responsibility for relocation, expat administration, college staffing, and workforce planning partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, communicating, and sustaining domestic and global programs to meet the strategic goals of the RMS business area and the corporation overall.

This individual will contribute to the success of our organization in the following ways:

• Oversee the planning and execution of the organization’s college staffing, relocation and global mobility for the RMS organization.
• Identify areas of opportunity in process and procedure to ensure optimal delivery of service.
• Serve as the policy owner for related functions and ensure fiscal responsibility for execution.
• Provide leadership and inspiration to a professional team of 5-9 motivating them to drive results to the next level.
• Develop strong relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, partner teams throughout the organization and help drive and influence results for the function.
• Serve as an enthusiastic change agent partnering closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to understand business priorities to ensure our relocation, global mobility and college level talent acquisition efforts support these goals.
• Consult with a variety of stakeholders to manage projects through the entire life-cycle of strategy planning, execution, measurement and completion.
• Serve as the organization liaison for enterprise-wide committees, working groups & tiger teams.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years recruitment and/or human resources experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Competence in human resources and/or talent acquisition
• A strong commitment to top-level customer service.
• Demonstrated track record developing and implementing successful, creative, and forward thinking strategies.
• Experience analyzing and reporting on recruiting or human resources metrics.
• Proficiency with diversity strategies and sourcing.
• Proficient with project management and the ability to oversee multiple competing priorities
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and interface effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Results oriented team player, yet able to work independently of direct supervision.

Desired skills
• Strategic workforce planning & change management experience
• Previous experience as an HR business partner
• Aerospace or defense industry experience.
• Previous experience in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity of Lockheed Martin.
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin organization structure, services and benefits
• PMI or PMP certification.
