Job Description :
This position is to lead the Sniper / Advance Targeting Pod (ATP) Subcontract / Supply Chain team through both Development, Production, and Sustainment activities. This individual will be responsible for managing a highly dynamic and motivated team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement
Representatives, as well as responsible for Program and Functional management activities. In addition, the individual will support Supplier Negotiations and will be responsible for the program's challenging Affordability and Cost Reduction activities.

This position is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead the best-in-class Sniper / Advance Targeting Pod (ATP) Subcontract / Supply Chain team through Development, Production, and Sustainment activities. The Advanced Targeting Pod is the pod of choice for Customers around the world, and is a fully integrated targeting and reconnaissance sensor that enables real-time decision making. With an established supply base around the world, both domestically and internationally, this Supply Chain professional will work with some of the leading suppliers in the Aerospace industry to manage cost, schedule, and quality in order to achieve flawless product deliveries to both new Production pods and fielded pods.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a highly dynamic and motivated team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, as well as responsible for Program and Functional management activities. The Supply Chain professional will accountable for variety of metrics and developing presentation materials for both Line of Business and Supply Chain functional meetings and reviews. In addition, the individual will support supplier negotiations and will be responsible for the program's Affordability and Cost Reduction activities.

The position is directly supports the Sniper program, but also supports a variety of Functional reporting activities and requires a high level of interaction with multiple functional individuals, suppliers, and leadership at all levels (internal and external) to resolve issues.

Travel is required as necessary (approximately 20%)

Basic Qualifications
Must be proficient in Truth and Negotiation Action (TINA), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) guidelines, and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policy (LMAP).

Must have the ability to negotiate contracts to closure and give detailed status of negotiations in process.
Demonstrated understanding of interdependencies and
management of the program integrated master schedule, risk & opportunities, technical, customer relationship, and cost - including Earned Value Management as a cost account manager (CAM).
Development of program assessments & root cause and corrective actions.

Must be able to manage a very diverse team of production, sustainment and integration personnel.

Must be able to lead a team of skilled Subcontract Managers and Supply Chain professionals and be to train others and develop employees into leaders.

Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Well organized, excellent communicator, ability to close complex negotiation, and increased value to organization. Must be able to work closely with suppliers and subordinates and have the ability to work with all levels of management and present data proficiently to executive leadership. Must have good computer skills to develop presentations, ability to handle complex situations effectively and efficiently, multitask and prioritize work scope, work well with and lead teams.

Subcontract Management experience.
