F-16 Structural Technician/Training Coordinator

Duties: In addition to the duties listed below, this person will be responsible to assist with preparation, instruction, coordinate and monitor all training requirements (customer and LM) for this duty section. Other responsibilities include maintaining training records and preparing reports and other related training products as assigned by the training manager or training lead. Training duties are priority.

Assembles structural parts and components to meet requirements for preserving structural integrity and low observable qualities. Assesses damage to aircraft structural components and low observable coatings. Advises on structural and low observable repair, modification, and corrosion protection treatment with respect to original strength, weight, and contour to maintain structural and low observable integrity. Ensures aircraft component balance is maintained. Assembles repairs using special fasteners and adhesives. Checks repairs for serviceability according to specifications and technical publications. Manufactures jigs, fixtures, forms, and molds. Provide structured hands on training to customer personnel.

The first several months of this assignment will consist of set-up activities, to include but not limited to light to medium construction activities such as assembling warehouse shelving and furniture in all areas of the maintenance complex. Candidates must be willing and able to participate in all set-up activities, assist with receiving and storing supplies and support equipment. The site will still be under construction at the time of the first arrivals. Environmental/weather conditions can be extreme during different seasons. Site is a secure compound which team members will be confined to. Flexibility, a positive attitude and excellent people skills are a must.

Basic Qualifications
Fighter Aircraft Structural maintenance experience
USAF 7 level or equivalent

Desired skills
Prior experience as a trainer
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)
Min 4 years documented experience as engine technician
Previous experience setting up maintenance work areas
Experience working with foreign customers
Ability to speak/communicate in Arabic
