Lockheed Martin Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Training Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer. As the system security subject matter expert, the candidate will direct the all Information Assurance activities supporting Training Systems DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Joint Security Implementation Guide (JSIG) certification and accreditation. This position will require expertise in Information Assurance and Systems Engineering with emphasis on requirements analysis, Integrated Master Schedules, Configuration Management, and leadership. Hands on experience with Windows and/or Linux operating system, unified and interconnected networks and systems administration is a plus.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Defining system startup routines, system shutdown routines, testing and regression testing all information assurance updates, tracking issues/defects through resolution.
* Implementing and assessing security requirement implementation strategies, Information Assurance (IA) product selection and assist in security test procedure development to meet system security requirements,
* Monitoring DOD security requirement policies/guidance for changes, best business practices, and trends in support of program efforts.
* Evaluate IAVMs and STIGs for system applicability, develop install procedures to comply with IAVM and STIG instructions and evaluate systems for compliance with IAVM and STIG requirements.

Basic Qualifications
System Engineering and/or Security Engineering background
Experience with system and/or boundary certification and accreditation
Solid understanding of system engineering project life cycle to include requirements definition, design, development, integration, verification, acceptance, documentation, training and delivery.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate on all levels both orally and in writing with executive managers.
Bachelors and/or Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
CISSP Certification, current or within 6 months of hire

Demonstrated Team leadership
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in developing SOWs, System Specifications, and Program Plans
Risk and Opportunity Management decision making skills
Experience in responding to ECPs and RFPs: planning, implementation, and cost tracking.
Experience in establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules.
Experience as Control Account Manager and understanding of Earned Value.
