Job Description :
Perform Maintenance, Repairs, Launch, and Recovery activities. Ensure aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight.
Perform maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements in accordance with applicable Joint Technical Data (JTD).
Manage and assists in Field-Level Modifications, Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTD) maintenance actions.
Maintain and update aircraft records and status.
Keep aircraft associated maintenance manager updated with aircraft status.

Ability to perform engine run operations, maintenance activities and supervise other maintenance activities on aircraft.
Experience in fighter aircraft crew escape systems (i.e. canopy and ejection seat).
Experience in fighter weapons loading, Alternate Mission Equipment maintenance and Inspections.
Experience in aircraft structure repairs and low observable system maintenance requirements.
Develop work schedules and assign tasks to other maintenance team members.
Working experience and knowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and Portable Maintenance Aid (PMA) activities such as aircraft forms documentation and supply chain management activities.
Knowledgeable of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Training Management System (TMS), Quality, and Security programs.
Ability to work in a diverse work culture environment.
Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance or have had a clearance of Secret within the last two years
”Physical Requirements: Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.

Basic Qualifications
- Crew Chief / Plane Captain
- Require 4-10 years hands-on working experience in 5 or 7-skill level USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS crew chief or plane captain discipline or equivalent commercial experience.

Desired skills
- 1-2 years F-35 or Fifth Generation aircraft maintenance experience.
- Desire U.S Air Force, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Marine Corps aircraft maintenance experience.
- Have thorough understanding of Fighter Aircraft Systems and Operations.
- An FAA aircraft and Power Plant Mechanic license is desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to perform engine run operations. Experience in fighter aircraft crew escape systems (i.e. canopy and ejection seat).
- Experience in fighter weapons loading.

- Experience in aircraft structure repairs and low observable system maintenance requirements.

- Considered candidates must be capable of working first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) shift(s) dependent on customer needs.

SECURITY Clearance REQUIRED. Must have an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to start date AND must maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
