This position will require a willingness and availability to support a 7 day, 24 hour shift effort, as required, as well as the possibility of being on-call for emergencies.
Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change

Location: China Lake, CA and/or Norfolk, VA Date May/June 2017 (Computer Scientist)
*This position is contingent on a contract award to Lockheed Martin and is subject to change.

Basic Qualifications
-Candidate should have 5 years of demonstrate experience in policy development and enforcement, auditing and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes, testing and analysis of IA controls and secure configuration using either the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), or Secure Configuration Compliance Validation Initiative (SCCVI).
-Candidate should have one of the following commercial certification for this position: Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
-Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship.

Desired skills
-Ability analyze shipboard alteration drawings, schematics, tech manuals, and electrical drawings
-Ability to create and modify testing and system/sub-system procedures
-Ability to troubleshoot & repair electronics, computers, systems equipment, networks.
-Safety-first minded, maintenance oriented with experience using multitude of tools
-Good communication skills
-Candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or other technical field and degree.

-Ability to take direction and perform to exacting standards
