Job Description :
Sikorsky’s Supportability Deputy Assistant Program Manager on the VH-92A program will support program leadership and execute requirements relating to contractual milestones and deliverables. Specifically, the selected candidate will lead the Supportability Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the VH-92A program.

Responsibilities include:
1. Program Management: Report to the VH-92A Supportability Assistant Program Manager and have complete P&L responsibility for his/her IPT in support of the overall program business plan. Perform program management leadership activities in support of executing requirements relating milestones and contractual deliverables.
2. External Customer Focus – serve as the primary point of contact for the Supportability NAVAIR customer (PMA-274, HMX-1). Run weekly meetings; ensure customer is informed by developing an exceptional working relationship with the NAVAIR IPT counterparts. Act as primary business interface between the customer Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Sikorsky for airframe, interior, equipment installation and subsystem / propulsion projects. Manage subcontractors and act as the primary interface with project suppliers.
3. Planning, Cost and Schedule Management: Deliver the product to the customer in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as identified by contract. Approve all project requirements, work statements, budgets, schedules and risk management plans.
4. Risk & Financial Analysis: Develop and actively monitor cost, schedule, risks and opportunities to contract execution. Work with other VH-92A APMs to develop a system solution that balances cost, schedule and technical risk across all IPTs.
5. Metrics: Develop, review and approve project metrics, primarily EVMS, to track project health and provide visibility to the Program and Executive management
6. Administration: Administer and implement program management instructions (PMI). Coordinate project reviews, oversee activities initiated by the customer and manage other efforts required to maintain project support.
7. Best Practice Implementation: Ensure that all Sikorsky and Industry Program Management best practices, policies, and management tools are utilized in an effective and appropriate manner on the Program. Utilize the processes and tools of the ACE Operating System and own the adherence to the ACE processes and progression for the program.
8. Executive Presentation: Develop and deliver presentation to internal and external audiences including Sikorsky and key stakeholders.
9. Progress Reporting: Report progress on a regular basis to the Program Manager. Resolve internal management issues and escalate if needed

Basic Qualifications
B.S. in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology


Candidate must hold or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret Level security clearance.

Desired skills
Experience / Qualifications
7 years or more of experience in program management or equivalent

Previous experience with FAA certification/publications

Selected candidate will be an energetic, organized, and process oriented results driven leader with excellent written and presentation communication skills. Candidate will have demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
