Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program
'The Skunk Works is looking for world-class talent in Logistics to join the 70 year tradition of creating advanced aircraft.
Will be an integral member of the technical interface team, resolving issues involving logistics activities. Normal activities will include but are not limited to; provisioning, item management, order processing and closure, ensures timely delivery of spares, kits and field spares returned for repair or modification. Will work with procurement personnel and subcontractors with the objective of developing innovative pathways to ensure replacement and repaired parts are available within acceptable time frames. Will interface with other support organizations and maintain daily communications with all teams necessary to ensure requirements are supported in a timely and efficient manner. Will collect failure data and will process, track and status deficiency reports. Will ensure packaging, handling and shipping activities are provided in accordance with contractual requirements. Will monitor and work within all budgets ensuring desired balance between availability of the system and funding is maintained. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office suite including Access. Will prepare basis of estimate, financial status, statistical reports and supply data as needed. Will assist in the development of technical data, processes, procedures, reports, manuals, and other publications. Will assist in the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Statements of Work (SOW) and the maintenance of system segment forms and records.
Knowledge of, and thorough understanding of legacy Relevant system and fundamental understanding of One Aero SAP system requirements to facilitate transition.
Provisioning experience as well as optimization modeling.
The selected candidate must be able to work and communicate well, both orally and written, in a team environment as this position involves significant and continued interface with Customer personnel at all levels. Manage and track multiple engineering and logistics support activities, providing periodic status to Customer and Program Management.
In addition, the selected candidate will subjected to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must be a US Citizen This position is located at a facility that requires special access .
In depth logistics background of 6+ years
Experience with direct customer supply support
Must have a active Top Secret
- Extensive experience interfacing with field organizations.
- Must be willing to travel, work any shift, weekends and holidays to meet customer requirements
- Cost, Schedule and Quality management supporting logistics activities
- Technical report writing / Proposals / Statements of Work
- In-depth knowledge of the Integrated Logistics Support concepts
Experience with Provisioning
Experience with supply requirements analysis
