RMS Talent Acquisition is looking to hire a relocation and operations representative. This individual will report to the Workforce Planning, Strategy & Operations Manager and support all RMS lines of business (LOBs) and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient deployment of employees to domestic locations, including relocation and temporary duty assignments. This will include all aspects relating to domestic relocation as well as temporary assignments for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Specific Responsibilities will include:
•Serve as a point of contact and process expert for both new hires, managers, and Human Resources partners.
•Manage all aspects of the relocation process including vendor oversight, logistics, and internal/external policy and regulatory compliance.
•Provide support to other team members in developing, communicating, and implementing policies and procedures for international assignments.
•Present monthly and quarterly status to leadership ensuring budget accountability and consistency of policy implementation.
•Identify opportunities for process streamlining, collaboration with other organizations across LM (Global Mobility, HR New Business, etc.) and outside vendors as needed.
•Provide education for stakeholders to ensure successful deployments in current and future locations to meet the business needs.
•Additional duties as assigned by the leader in support of MST Talent Acquisition.

Position could reside in Manassas, VA, Washington, DC Metro Area, Baltimore, MD, Owego, NY or Stratford, CT.

Basic Qualifications
• 4 years professional experience and a bachelor’s degree. Comparable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, relation, domestic assignment management, global mobility, or related field
•Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to HR.
