The candidate will be the Program Manager of the Network Assurance Team supporting a US Government customer. The CDL will apply Full Spectrum Leadership acumen as a leader for a team of 30+ Cyber Security professionals and will have managerial responsibilities such as workforce planning, employee development plans, career discussions, yearly performance objectives, performance reviews, salary plans, and education plans for team members. The ideal candidate will also participate in recruiting and interviewing engineers of multiple skill disciplines (25%). Additionally, the candidate will perform cyber threat intelligence analysis, and correlate actionable security events as it pertains to the cyber security of communications networks and participate in the coordination of resources during incident response efforts (75%).

Basic Qualifications
-Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, CISSP, or equivalent).
-Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
-Background in Cyber Fusion/Hunt/Discovery methodology.
-Familiarity with adversary APTs and their Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
-Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
-Demonstrated leadership/management experience working with geographically separated teams.

Desired skills
-CSSP experience (Protect, Detect, Respond, and Sustain) within a Computer Incident Response organization.
-Demonstrated understanding of the life cycle of network threats, attacks, attack vectors, and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set TTPs.
-Experience consuming cyber intelligence reporting (both Open Source and other) to develop/enhance adversary capability picture.
-Capable of operating in a fast-paced operations environment.
-Understanding of Defense communications and Cyber Defense infrastructure.
-Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth, and common security elements.
-Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise SIEM platform (e.g. Nitro/McAfee Enterprise Security Manager, ArcSight, QRadar, LogLogic, Splunk).
-Experience with any of the following: Anti-Virus, HIPS, IDS/IPS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, and Network Forensics.
-Experience with malware analysis concepts and methods.
-Experience leading medium-sized teams (30+ FTEs).
-Demonstrated financial management experience.
-Experience performing staffing activities in support of program requirements
-Motivated self-starter.
