Job Description :
SILVERQUARTER supports a globally distributed CNO infrastructure and mission management services. We work with our customers to develop tools, support 24x7x365 operations, and engineer systems for the remote operations center. The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS)/Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Basic Qualifications
Twenty (20) years software engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

Oversees one or more software development teams and ensures the work is completed in accordance with the constraints of the software development process being used on any particular project

Design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints; perform quality control on team products

Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Individual should have active TS/SCI SSBI access.

Desired skills
Individual will be responsible for software design, development, implementation, testing, and debugging and test in an agile team environment. Individual will coordinate priorities and tasking as a team lead with existing team members, and customer POCs as directed. Individual will create integration plans, system documentation, and schedules. Will assess impacts of change to applications and systems.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience developing in a Linux environment
• Familiar with Java, GIT and Agile methodologies.
• Data Access: MongoDB, MapReduce, REST, JSON
• Scheme-less DBs (Mongo, Redis, etc.)
Desired skills
• Web App /Visualization skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Ember.js or Angular.js)
• Web App /Visualization skills: SVG, Canvas, D3, SASS, CoffeeScript, experience with JQuery, Qunit, Promises and other similar JavaScript technologies.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, or Test-Driven Development
• Basic Usability Engineering skills
• Knowledge of Customer's Corporate Cloud systems
• Data Access: Spring Integration
• Experience deploying applications in Docker
• Data Driven MVC Middleware & Event Driven Architecture (Sails.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.)Qualification: Fourteen (14) years software engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
