Working with senior Quality Engineers, develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished deliverable products. Assists engineers with implementation methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Will perform tasks involving the design or inspection and testing of mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role; must have Interim Secret Clearance at start.

Basic Qualifications
Actively enrolled in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering field) or equivalent discipline (e.g, math, physics, chemistry, etc) This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills
Familiarity with Systems Applications Programs (SAP) and Missile Assembly Plan/Integrated Multipurpose Processing Systems (MAP/IMPS). Proficient using Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and Power Point. Knowledgeable in failure reporting, trend analysis, and statistical process control. Familiarity with audits, closed loop corrective action, and root cause analysis.
