Job Description :
The Manager, Product and Process Quality, will lead, manage and supervise the CTI Quality Management System. This position oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering function. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Essential Function:
• Supervises and directs the CTI Quality Department and communicate with internal/external customers including the DCMA and FAA.
• Develops, improves, and sustains the CTI Quality Management System to assure compliance with Airworthiness Authorities, Government and Customer quality requirements, AS 9100; AS 9110; Federal Aviation Administration 14 CFR Part 21 and Part 145 and EASA Part 145 requirements and a Foreign Objects and Debris/Damage Program.
• Provides technical solutions to inquiries related to the products for which the Repair Station is rated, maintains contact with the respective OEM departments to resolve technical inquires, and provides such information to the requesting individuals.
• Oversees the Technical Library and company’s document management program.
• Successful candidate will effectively contribute to the product
center leadership team and manage the quality engineering
team in support of the Daily Review Teams (DRT), Center
Corrective Action Board (CCAB), High Visibility (Hi-Vis) escape
management process, Quality council and EXCO reporting, and
data analysis to identify developing trends and maintaining
product center key quality metrics. Promote continuous
improvement through effective use of root cause analysis (RCA)
tools to eliminate discrepancies and escapes. Implement
standard work for key processes and support Enterprise
Excellence and Lean Six Sigma techniques to improve systems,
reducing waste and cost, driving program and business
excellence in the Product Center. Additional responsibilities
include support of the Quality Clinic, Material Review Board and Quality Coucil.
• Maintains an audit schedule to include all elements of the AS 9100; AS 9110; FAA Part 21 and Part 145; EASA Part 145 and other audits as directed.
• The Quality Manager is the QMS Management Representative.
Other Duties:
• Additional areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Quality Engineering, Product Assurance, Process Certification, CTI Management System (Policy & Process Document Library), FOD Prevention Program, Non-Destructive Test, FAA Repair Station Manual, Audit Management, Warranty Management, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Escapes Management.

Basic Qualifications
Required:
•Aerospace experience within Quality, preferably in Maintenance, Overhaul & Repair.
• Experience with Quality Assurance systems and standards (AS9100, AS9110)
• Prior leadership experience
• Experience with regulatory conformity inspections, and non-conforming material and correction action.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work effectively in a team environment; must be a proven "change agent"
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and Microsoft Project.
Preferred:
• Understanding of European (EASA) and US (FAR) regulatory requirements

Candidate must successfully complete FAA drug screening test and have no violations of FAA agency regulations documented in the records of drug and alcohol testing carried out by previous employers during the previous two years. This position is a safety sensitive position covered under FAA, subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol screening program. This includes being tested for Marijuana, Cocaine, PCP, Opiates & Amphetamines or a metabolite of these drugs.
