Job Description :
AEHF is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Systems Engineering Director and senior leaders. The selected candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to: maintaining leader calendars, arranging meetings and special events, scheduling conference rooms and interfacing with all levels of employees including executive management, as well as, customers. Assist with coordinating program and customer meetings and works with Protocol Office as appropriate. Ensure attendees (visitors, customers, guests, etc.) have campus and building access and are entered in the visitor systems. Using initiative, discretion and tact, receives and handles email, and telephone calls. Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, performs photocopying, faxing, scanning and other related items. Determine priorities of non-routine situations. Ensures all correspondence conforms to Lockheed Martin standards, is accurate, complete and properly handled. Utilizes standard desk top software to access LM systems, composes correspondence, spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Makes business travel arrangements and assists with the preparation of expense reports as requested. Compiles directorate weekly activity reports

Basic Qualifications
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin (LM) policies and procedures.
• Previous work experience with Protocol and visitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Professional Attitude/Behavior
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Follow-Through and Multi-Task Skills
• Excellent Time Management Ability

Desired skills
• Experience with running an office in a fast paced environment supporting multiple groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin (LM) policies and procedures a plus.
• Previous work experience with Protocol and visitors desired.
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
