Job Description :
The incumbent shall be responsible for performing Contract Administration duties associated with United States Government (USG) Customers and Customers operating under USG Prime Contracts including but not limited to: managing all aspects of contract administration support, including proposals, negotiations, contract administration and contract closeout activities. Prepare and negotiate terms and conditions with USG customers to eliminate/minimize financial and legal risks, and increase revenue and cash flow. Ensure timely and accurate processing and review of customer orders in a fast paced and high volume setting. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Provide training to less experienced Contract Administrators. Additional duties include interfacing with Operations, Program Management, Finance, Pricing and other internal functions with regards to contracts and customer requirements. The candidate will be expected to take a lead role for the Contracts function for their assigned customers, and serve as a subject matter expert for contractual matters with internal and external customers. Promote an ethics-based business culture in his/her scope of responsibility to ensure full compliance with company policies. Participate / Lead Government Contracts initiatives as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Desired skills
Experience in Government contract administration/ negotiation required, as well as knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and agency supplements. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong organizational / leadership skills. Microsoft Office Skills are required.
