Job Description :
The Aeronautics DV2 Liasion Senior Manager is responsible for the daily operations and performance of the Data, Voice, and Video (DV2) infrastructure supporting LM Aeronautics locations. This position requires frequent interface and interaction with senior Aero IT personnel and EBS support organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directing the Aero IT and EBS data, voice, and video components for the Aeronautics Business Area.
- Overseeing and ensuring Aeronautics Business Area IT technical and strategic requirements are coordinated and supported by the responsible EBS support teams.
- Working with EBS support organizations to ensure Aeronautics projects and incidents are aligned and executed on to meet service level expectations.
- Financial accountability for managing the Aero IT Network and Telecom cost centers. Includes; budgets, labor, performance, and reporting.
- Interfacing with the Global Supply Chain Organization to identify and execute on cost efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications
- Professional management experience leading network or telecommunications organizations.
- Cost center management experience of at least $10M in scope annually. Demonstrated through Earned Value performance planning and reporting.
- Extensive effective project management skill, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and assignments as demonstrated by related work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and communicating technical strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of a large organization.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills as well as excellent virtual teaming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace and exemplify Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors.
- Problem resolution – Able to work through problems quickly and effectively. Ability to know what level of engagement is required; communicate to team a timetable for resolution.
- Technical Capabilities – Must possess and grow relevant technical capabilities. Leverage technical staff when required and embrace issues as an opportunity for improvement.
- Organizational skills – Able to develop structure in support of managing multiple projects and tasks. Able to recognize and take corrective action when required.

Desired skills
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience supporting the Aeronautics IT infrastructure.
- Direct experience working with Aeronautics IT integrators and program senior leadership. Includes working with technical, financial, and program teams.
- Proven collaboration and teaming skills.
- Significant Program Management and/or Project Management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Structured Improvement Activities and process re-engineering.
