Job Description :
The Canada Maritime Helicopter Program (CMHP) In-Service Support (ISS) Fleet Management Deputy Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for the contractual technical, cost and schedule performance associated with CH148 fleet management preparations and in-service support, reliability and maintainability, Contractor Field Office operations in Canada (including Field Service Representatives), and technical airworthiness to ensure the program attains and sustains its operational performance-based accountability requirements. He/she will coordinate necessary the cross-functional teams for sustainment improvements that will improve the overall program profitability. The DPM will interact regularly with the CMHP ISS suppliers as part of managing the overall Fleet Management work scope.

The DPM will report to the In-Service Support (ISS0 Program Manager and will employ Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. The DPM will interface with all levels of internal, subcontractor and customer management and will be responsible for providing regular progress briefings to Sikorsky executive management. The individual is responsible for building strong working relationships with the CMHP Contractor and Customer teams to facilitate fleet management execution.

Basic Qualifications
B.A. or B.S.

Desired skills
• Significant experience leading a program or project
• Experience with use of Earned Value Management
• Experience in applying Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) or other enterprise process improvement programs
• Maritime helicopter experience is a bonus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Extensive experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and senior level customers (confident user of MS Office applications)
• USG security clearance

up to 30% travel to Canada
