The Dynamics IPT Deputy Assistant Project Manager will support the Dynamic System Assistant Program Manager (APM) and program leadership to execute the requirements relating to the CH-53K Dynamics System. Specifically, the DAPM will be part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the CH-53K program, is responsible for the development, definition and management of the scope, schedule and budget for the work contained in the IPTs cost accounts, and is responsible for the oversight and mentoring of the Control Account/Work Package Managers. The DAPM will report directly to the Assistant Program Manager (APM) as well as receive guidance from the Program Integrator. The Dynamics IPT Deputy Assistant Project Manager will also be engaged in bid & proposal work to support product development for current contract and future contract CH-53K work.

This position will require utilization and understanding of earned value principles, as well as, the ability to engage with matrix organizations, including but not limited to, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Program Integration to execute the task on hand.

Responsibilities include:

Report to the APM and have responsibility for the P&L in support of the overall program business plan. Perform program management leadership activities in support of executing requirements relating to milestones and contractual deliveries including metric development, administration, best practice implementation and executive presentation development. Act as the primary Earned Value point of contact for the IPT and provide direction and oversight for the Control Account Managers and/or Work Package Managers to manage scope, budget and schedule. Review and analyze program data and metrics to determine control account performance, assist control account managers with variance reports, to ensure compliance with Sikorsky Planning and Control System Description and program standard work for full criteria earned value systems.

Work with APM, Technical Lead and Control Account Managers/Work Package Manager and the PP&C analyst to mitigate schedule variance, including development of accurate projections. Working closely with Finance and PP&C, provide detailed analysis to the APM in support of program decisions, change request processing, DCMA surveillance and weekly execution meetings.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 4 year degree in Business, Engineering or Finance

Desired skills
Minimum 4-5 years of Earned Value Management Experience
Experience on an ACAT 1 Full Earned Value criteria program is a plus
Having an active Secret or better security clearance is a plus

Ability to work and integrate with technical team members to understand all aspects of the product being developed/produced and the earned value implications.
