Job Description :
Manage and coordinate the full range of internal activities associated with nomination and award opportunities including yet not limited to the following:
o Develop a recommended nomination and awards strategy and plan.
o Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of nominations and awards plans.
o Lead research requirements for existing/new opportunities.
o Partner with internal stakeholders to gain information and insights for nominations and awards.
o Review external partners compliance criteria prior to submitting Lockheed Martin award submissions.
o Coordinate and prepare pre-award requirement executive summaries for leadership.
o Complete application forms and internal checklists and route for appropriate review and signatures.
o Develop metrics to track and analyze nomination and award results; prepare regular gap analyze/situation reports detailing Lockheed Martin’s opportunities and gaps and propose solutions.
o Design and launch sustainable processes which deliver support for awards and nominations for the enterprise and business areas globally.
o Implement sustainable communication process for engaging key stakeholders globally.
o Lead ancillary proposal materials preparation. Responsible for marketing recommendations and deliverables.
o Manage budgets and vendor management associated with responsibilities.
• Serve as key point of contact for external partner organizations on nomination awards and recognition submission and program management administration processes, in support of the diversity and inclusion team.
• Identify and build relationships with external partner organizations that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for nominations, awards and recognitions.
The position responsibilities may include other Diversity & Inclusion related responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications
-3-5 years professional experience in Diversity & Inclusion and/or program design and management.

- Experience in managing Diversity & Inclusion nominations, awards and recognition processes.

-Project management and project coordination experience..

-Ability to work as a collaborative team member while also working autonomously in a fast-paced work environment.

Desired skills
-Possess excellent analytical and reporting skills-experience researching, building and driving strategic diversity and inclusion plans.

-Have strong proficiency in excel and PowerPoint.
