Job Description :
Supports Fleet Training Program Controls (FTPC), specifically the Curricula and In-Tube Conversion (ITC) functional areas. Performs US Navy Missile Technician (MT) curriculum development and sustainment; also provides classroom and practical instruction relating to US Navy ITC training according to established procedures. Engages directly with US Navy customer to satisfy program needs and future planning. Evaluates system Program Office alterations and provide inputs for curricula changes or impacts to training. Monitors program changes and reviews Trouble Failure Reports (TFR) to provide training impact analysis. Writes, edits, and produces materials for technical instruction. Prepares reports and provides input to satisfy customer contract deliverables. Attend various meeting in support of the ITC and Curricula functional areas. This position requires 10-15% travel.

* Ability to climb through narrow openings and work within narrow/confined spaces with or without reasonable accommodation.

*Ability to obtain SECRET Clearance required for this role.

Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

- Experience with written communication and presentations. Shows tact; effective listening skills and follow through.

- Previous experience working in a team environment

- Ability to obtain a SECRET US Security Clearance.

Desired skills
- Previous US Navy Missile Technician (MT) experience.
- Previous instructor experience.
- Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification.
- Familiar with Missile Tech (MT) Continuum and the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program.
- Familiar with the Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) program and instructional material design.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and teach technical information.
- Ability to work independently with strong organization skills.
- Current SECRET US Security clearance.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
